A friend said to me a few months ago, "before you know it, it will be May." And sure enough, it will be May next week. While wrapping up a few projects, I've started putting together templates and supplies for my class in Oklahoma City next Thursday evening, and gathering together my goods for Glitter Market on the following Saturday [my Etsy shop will be closed May 2 to May 6, as many of the goods will be travelling with me].

My class will be making little dresses. Contact the Paper Crown to sign up.

 I want to start with a big, heartfelt thank you to my friends in Oklahoma City.
To say that they spoiled me is an understatement. It's rare to have a great time from beginning to end, but that's exactly what happened. I was sorry to have to leave. But I'm happy to say that I will be returning in November for the famous Glitter Market!

Stamp and Stitch.
I'm happy to announce that I will be teaching my first BizzyB class on Tuesday. Sept. 20.

Colour My World

Yesterday I hosted a workshop for making backgrounds. It was fabulous: we were awash in gorgeous colours! Martha, Susan and Jocelyn created a gallery of backgrounds that could stand alone as art in their own right. These artists really inspire me, and I am lucky to be able to call them my good friends too.

This was mine. I stamped my birdcage stamp in white acrylic and added the birds. Voilà!

It's official. I'm teaching at Silver Bella in November in Omaha, Nebraska. If I was gobsmacked when the amazing Teresa McFayden invited me, I am doubly gobsmacked because among the stars teaching there is ...... Lynn Whipple. I have loved Lynn Whipple's work for more than 10 years... and now I get to meet her.
