Headaches? Sleeplessness? Here's a natural way to tackle these conditions.
The Seminole use bay leaves. They smudge them, but because I didn't want to set my very sensitive fire alarm off, especially in the middle of the night, I boiled a handful of bay leaves and inhaled. My budding headache disappeared almost instantly. I said a quiet prayer of thanks that a handful of Seminole was able to survive the massacres in their Florida home, and are still around today to pass on their knowledge.

That is a very good thing to know...I will try it next headache. I also use accupressure on my earlobes to relieve headache pain. Your bird journal is coming right along. Annnddd...I am waiting to hear what your surprise will be!
