Somerset Memories, Feb./March 2009
Somerset Memories is here. And in it, an article and artwork by me. This assignment was a favorite because I created artwork with my own family photos, and because I worked with an editor I came to like and respect. Great job, Jana! And thank you so very much.
Nice picture. What program do you use? I have Photoshop Elements. It is difficult to work. I even bought a book but haven't read it. I like the Somerset magazine. Take care, Linda
ReplyDeleteOh my! What a wonderful picture! Oh those precious faces of your own children. I will be sure to get the magazine to read your article. Congratulations!

ReplyDelete.....well done Colette...be proud! because I am sure the little girl in the photo would be very proud.... of what HER little girl has achieved ...since she has turned into what is a very kind, talented and hard working young woman....and I am sure there's a lot more to come!
ReplyDeleteAnon the Elder.....OOOOO
That is lovely Colette. I think all the Somerset Studio books are wonderful and strangely enough, I visited my favourite art and craft shop today where they stock huge ranges of art books and magazines. I browsed through Quilting Art, Somerset Life, Art Doll, Belle Armoire etc. etc. Spent far too much money but I will enjoy looking at them tonight. I wish I had known you were in the latest issue. Love all your latest work as always.
