Pour Sylvie


Devine ce que j'ai trouvé chez un boucher torontois! Et "biologique" par dessus le compte. Grosses bises.
Sylvie and I shared these delicious North African sausages in her kitchen in Dublin, where I threw all cholesterol caution to the wind and ate them.

  1. These look delicious and spicy Are they seasoned with a special spice? I used to love sausages before the gall bladder gave up on me. Now I can't enjoy them.
