This is my other most favourite dog. Her name is Cleo and she lives with my sister. I love her to pieces. Just look at that face! She's an Old English Sheepdog, and in the photo she's had a haircut.

Her final week with me. She has taken over the couch, well covered because I was anticipating this...

In the first week, she took her time settling in, wondering what was going on.
Second week, she adapted in a might-as-well-make-the-best-of-things mode.
Third week, she began communicating with me, and since I was also adapting, I understood her communiqués.
Fourth and last week, still to unfold...

The first Irish wolfhound I ever saw was this Summer in Wales. She was huge, and her keeper told me that the males were even bigger. I was so mesmerized that I forgot to take a photo. But here's a little portrait.

Pure love.

My stitching has gone small; I'm making a series of brooches for Glitter Market.

Sneak peek

I was out taking photographs of my neighbourhood for a project, so I had my camera with me. A good thing, because as I came out of the grocery store, I saw this. The nice lady let me photograph them. The doglet on the left is Mama to the ones on the right. All together now: Awwwwwwwwww!

Rosie

This adorable doglet turned me into a melted pool of mushy love.
She has moved in with my nephew and his wife.
One more reason to visit.
