Painting The Waste Land, by T. S. Eliot

 Memory and desire, stirring
Dull roots with spring rain.
Winter kept us warm, covering
Earth in forgetful snow, feeding
A little life with dried tubers.

Simplicity is the removal of the useless and the unnecessary--source unknown

  4. I got a beautiful book for Christmas of Lenore Tawney collaged postcards. Her beautiful work reminded me of your beautiful work. :-)

    1. Thank you, Vesna. I've had that book for many years. Isn't her work wonderful? In fact, I've written an article on Tawney and her postcards for Somerset Studio to be published sometimes next year.
