A Bird in the Hand

 Yesterday was a good day.

I made a big pot of soup with lentils, spinach, garlic, lemon, and my home made broth, sat at my computer and worked on an article from start to finish (that's a first, but I will be away for a week and I don't want to miss the deadline), photographed some items for my shop, including the postcard-size paintings below, with all the work that entails, and listed them.

I had intended to go out, at the very least for my walk, but by the time I looked up, it was dark. It snowed during the day without much damage and tomorrow looks like a clear day. I'll go out for my errands and walk tomorrow with a morning jog to make up for it.

And since it's tomorrow already, off I go.
