While I appreciate Victorian style and love these old photos, I am so grateful that I live in an age where I am free to live as I choose, do what I love, and be no one's property. As I work with old photos, I'm always aware how far women have come, and how much we owe our predecessors.
No prizes for guessing that it's the woman needs the Aspirin....

...yes...and thank goodness for photography and the clever invention of the camera, to capture the Victorian era.....And the fact that women can cast their vote.I didn't have a clue who would be the person to put this country back on it's feet, but I had to cast my vote regardless!

  5. I have a woman law partner who is 89. She has practiced law 55 years. As a woman, I know I owe a huge debt to her. It is on the shoulders of women like her that I stand. She comes to the office every day, still!

    Loved your comments.
