I can see past the fog

Yesterday I literally took the day off. I stayed home and nursed a barometric headache. Headaches don't normally stop me from doing things around the house. But yesterday I made myself rest. Taught myself How to do Nothing.  It was the best thing I've done in a long time. Today I have a lot more energy, enough that I will be going out for a walk, then tackle a couple of projects that have deadlines attached to them.

Meanwhile I have some new listings on eBay and Etsy.

I wish you a peaceful Sunday.

  1. Boy I hear you re:those barometric headaches...seems like ever since fall hit and the weather changed...I've been batteling these alot as those sunny days. Take care, Roberta

  2. Teach me the art of "How to do Nothing" and I will be forever in your debit~~~ :0) xxoo

  3. Glad to hear you're feeling better. Headaches are the worst. I always say I'd rather have a broken finger then a bad headache. : )

  4. Today Monday - and my first thought of the day is to wish you a VERY HAPPY BIRTHDAY!

    Sending love and hugs
Email and snail mail on their way ...

  5. What a masterpiece~
Get lots of rest, artists exert a lot of energy.
    Oh and Happy Birthday!

  6. Lovely blog, I enjoyed my visit.

  7. Glad you are well rested...sometimes you just have to make yourself.

Beautiful piece with the vintage lace and that gorgous deep red for accents.

Hope you had a lovely Sunday too.
