After 24 hours of curing, the birdie was ready, and today I assembled this. The old tin had a well-fitting lid, so I kept it. In "aging" it, I didn't lose anything because the tin was very boring.
you truly are the bird woman of blogland !! I think this is gorgeous and when I first saw it, I thought to myself, what a fantastic christmas decoration it would make. (ahh yes, lavender, I loved your comment on my post.. and now I am thinking of Violets....)
