Cagelet

It's wonky, but I like it. A little birdcage that's open on all sides so the birds can come and go at will.

  1. and that is just what birds should be able to do.. come and go at will.. I don't like birds in cages. The saddest thing I ever saw was a lone kookaburra in a cage in San Diego Zoo. Only one, no mate or friends and in a foreign country. He looked so sad and trapped. He wasn't laughing like they usually do

  2. I love the wacky cage! THe birds are loving it too, I see! I used to hang my bird's cage out doors so he could enjoy it! I inherited the Cockatiel from a neighbor who moved and didn't want him anymore. Isn't that sad.BTW...I scrolled down t ocatch up and ummm....your nephew! Wheee wooo!

  6. What a lovely idea Colette. I think real birds in cages are very sad and I hate to see anything caged but this is great - beautifully fragile and quirky.

  8. How considerate of you to make sure the bird didn't feel 'caged in' :) It's pretty!
