... is getting very busy. And very grateful for it.
The photo in this work-in-progress is of my mother in her teens holding a lamb. Dear heaven, how is it possible to miss someone so much still, after 35+ years that she has been gone from us. She's at rest, but we never forget her, and what might have been.
Have a sunny weekend!
ohhh, looks like fun on your table today....
ReplyDeleteand...i don't know what it feels like to not have my mother, but God willing, i will have her here a little longer.
God Bless ~
We never stop missing those we love do we? I have been cleaning for days. I have also got supplies to make some bracelets this weekend.
ReplyDeleteHope your weekend is wonderful dear Colette.
xoxo Nita
Love seeing your work table and your Mom. I know just what you mean about missing her. I use to call my Mom every Friday after work and that seems to be when I miss her the most now. After 17years
ReplyDeleteHi Colette, love the piece you are working on of your mother. They are so special and dear to us. Like Sharon I lost my mum 17 years ago and not a day goes by that I dont miss her. I used to ring her every day for a chat - she was my best friend.
ReplyDeleteThanks for popping by and visiting my blog and I would love to come over and show you how I did my necklace ....if only we lived closer.
Sometimes, time makes up miss even more... Have a beautiful wonderful weekend!! xo
