We are in a deep freeze, it's too cold to snow, and the thin layer of snow on the ground has turned to ice; my latest piece betrays where my thoughts have been.
I wonder if Wiarton Willie, our groundhog, saw his shadow on Friday. On second thought, maybe I don't.
Thinking of Spring! The colors in this piece are so pretty and they remind me of Springtime.
The image was not loaded but I clicked on the screen and it loaded and I am on now on a Cayman Island beach sipping a Papa Doble'...the turquoise water feels oh so warm. Life is good MON! I have Colette's fantastic espadrillequiltie to dream on! I hear the steel drums too!
Better days ahead! But the blasted Blogger won't let me view the photo, other than a miniscule one-eighth inch! Sigh.
ahhh dreaming....I agree with Jenny....perhaps we're all there on that beach..sipping and chatting and relaxing and listening to the steel drums. OH YES, dreams are good.I will not tell you what the weather is here today.XOXOLisa
How Cool! What a great collage! It has actually been cold here too. Ice cold winds!(that I wish would blow in July!)
The groundhog DID NOT see his shadow Colette! (in toronto, anyway)That means an early spring!!!!! Yippee! Get those espadrilles ready for some kicking back on the balcony! I'll bring the wine!
What a beautiful and vibrant piece of art Colette! I hope winter passes quickly and the warm weather returns...
this reminds me of days on Bondi beach. dripping ice cream cones, sunburn and mermaids - ahh yes summer ! I will be glad when it is over !!!! but a gorgeous piece, Colette xo
This is perfect because Mr. Groundhog says it will be an early spring. HUGS
