Once I savor it, I get on with my day.
I have returned to my love of vintage-looking collage, but this time around it's with fabric. I finished making three of these last night, only to realize it was already today, 3 a.m. I think I know why I seem to come alive in the wee small hours: I was born at 3.25 a.m. I don't think I believe that, but it's a thought, no?
Beautiful collage! And you and me both, being up at 3 a.m. Sigh. The trouble is I have bad dreams when I finally do get to sleep. And now it's nearly midnight in Paris and it seems like 4 p.m. to me.
ReplyDeleteI am not a night owl at all...! I love this collage ! something about your art I absolutely love.. It is more than just..well, I cannot put my finger on it yet! Ummm...I would love to see more of your watercolors! I see the ones on your website and I love them!
ReplyDeleteAnother wonderful collage! I like the touch of red against all the neutrals.
ReplyDeleteI am something of a nightowl but I also like to be up early in the morning!
These colors are very you Colette. And flow beautifully. Where did you get the image of the hand?
ReplyDeleteI am a night owl too. Except I often go to bed, then get up at 4 am to create for a couple of hours then go back to bed for a few hours sleep before getting up for work! (phew)..
Love the photo of your morning cup of coffee. What a gorgeous color cofee cup and saucer...yumm...
