A Bird in the Hand

 Because I didn't want to waste some acrylic paint, I applied it onto a piece of cardboard. I liked the ragged edges, so I let them be. A while later, as I was cleaning up, I almost threw it into the recycling bin. It only needed a little something-something. My vintage geisha was peering at me from a pile of scraps, so I gave her a home.
