How I made it: : organic plain, fat-free yogurt (Liberté yogurt is my favourite) sprinkled with a teaspoon of organic sugar, topped with a berry-cherry mixture sprinkled with another teaspoon of organic sugar. I use frozen berries with NO added sugar and I let a portion thaw to get the juices. It's delicious.
