A Bird in the Hand

 Some might call it procrastination, I call it a momentary escape. As I work on my projects that have a deadline, I take a break and paint or embroider. Last night, the last thing I did was paint the background on a fresh canvas. Today, with the paint dry, I finished it over two "escapes".

I gave the birds a rest for the moment. The image is from Graphicsfairy, long may she live!
