The Long Sleep
I've been feeling very tired lately for no apparent reason and wondering if I should consult my doctor. Finally I went to sleep and didn't wake up for almost 12 hours. The Ancients knew a thing or two -- sleep as a healing method. It got me thinking that the modern world has lost sight of that. We push ourselves to keep going, artificially sometimes, and ignore the natural rhythms of our bodies. I wasn't listening to my body, so it did it for me. Sleep, the best way to de-stress.

    You may want to get some liquid sub-lingual vitamin B12 and begin taking it once a day. It really helps me a lot as my B12 drops without warning. I am nearing 70 and the body has trouble absorbing it from food as some of us age. Just a thought. Hope it helps.
