The City of Ottawa's chief medical officer issued a heat warning for today, with temperatures above 30 Celcius and a Humidex reading over 40 C. I can just about manage 30C but 40C is downright nasty!
And I have to go out to an appointment. But then, I don't want to be cooped up indoors, either. Sunscreen, hat and slow movements...
