This will be my last post for a week. I'm going on a much-needed vacation, spending it with my family who live in McKinney, Texas. It's a celebrate-nephew's-birthday-and-Christmas kind of vacation. It turns out that the Canton flea market is taking place while I'm there and we're planning to go.

Be well.
Be safe.
Be happy.

  1. Hello Colette. Just catching up with the blogs I have missed for the past couple of months. Thanks very much for your comments on my blog - they were very much appreciated. Your work is lovely as always. The silk butterfly is really sweet. I wish I had your talent for using scraps of fabric to create something wonderful. Have a great week away. I hope the weather is kind to you.

  16. I agree with Sheila. This piece really speaks to me too. Minimalist chic ...the story behind the picture.
