Aging well

Some things age well, get softer and gentler, bring a certain peaceful joy to the eye when looked upon. Some people age well too, while others don't. I think it's how you start. If your essence, what you feel inside, is wholesome and positive, you age well, your appearance gets softer, gentler. If you let life's unhappinesses control you, then you age badly, that is, you show the disappointment and bitterness in your appearance.

Being aware is the first and most important step, being aware of your thoughts and how you affect the world around you.

  1. Thank You as always for things I know, but need to hear again....

  4. Beautiful photo and I totally agree with what you say :)
    have a nice day!

  5. I always think people get more intensely themselves as they get older, so I agree it's as well to consider who and what you are!

  6. I agree wholeheartedly with what you say here Colette. I think what we are feeling surrounds us with vibrations, negative thoughts = negative vibrations and positive the opposite. We all feel much happier with someone who has positive vibrations and tend to avoid those with negative. I think being positive tends to keep us younger, longer: that is what I hope anyway. Some people naturally become more bitter as they age and that is such a shame. Lovely work as always. You have the knack of putting together beautiful things which compliment each other.

  7. I am trying so hard right now.. I just received your comment so you know what is going on in my life.... like I said, i am trying so very hard to be happy.
actually I am going to email you right now. I have an idea xo
