Back home

On the red-eye flight from San Fran, and so much to tell. My news will have to wait a tiny bit longer after I get some rest. Meanwhile, here's Shadow, and me, among the calla lilies. I spent a lot of time with her....

  1. Ah, I envy you your time in San Francisco - or anywhere in California, for that matter. Hope you had a wonderful time! xoxox

  2. Colette! OMG I just saw the pix of your meet up with Jenny Doh! I can't wait to hear more about it!

  3. Welcome home cute Colette! You were missed but I'm glad you had a nice trip! Looking forward to hearing about it!

  4. Hello Colette. I love your work. I hate to be a buzz kill here but I couldn't help but notice that your dog has a tennis ball in his mouth. And you can probably guess what I am about to say but it scares me to see big dogs chewing on little balls like the tennis ball in this picture. And I hate to bring Oprah into this but it is how she recently lost a dog. So easy to choke on something this small. And please know that I am a big fan of yours.

  5. Not to worry Sarah. The dog is a labrador retriever who's been chasing tennis balls all her life. She is aged and ailing now and may not have too long to live. She loves her ball, and her owner takes very good care of her. Thank you for your kind words :)

  6. Hi there, sounds like a lovely trip! I just LOVE your new plaster of paris pieces! Fabulous!
