Snow and Stiches

Yesterday it snowed, the first snow of the season, enough to spread a thin layer of white here and there. Late last night, I made a cup of hot chocolate and stitched while listening to the TV. I call it a heart sampler. I cut and stitched freehand, with no plan in mind. Some would say I'm too impatient for templates and design (although not always). I say I'm a free(hand) spirit!
So, sample my heart!

  1. your heart is full of many wonders and colors! Unlike your snow, it reached a record breaking 72 degrees (F) here! Iwonder if winter will ever show her face around here!

  3. great stitches there. I even recognize some blanket stitch in there... I had been working on that one a couple weeks ago.

Awesome awesome sampler. What are you planning to do with it?
