I always say I'm not a dollmaker, but I do like to make a doll once in a while when the spirit moves me. I had no plans for this one: I sketched a free form shape onto a piece of light canvas, painted, embroidered, stitched. Then I decided to layer on some wax. It worked quite nicely. She turned out to be a woodland sprite. At least in my eyes.
She is too precious.
