I'm expecting five packages from the U.S. that seem to be taking much longer than usual. Dawn's (feathered nest) package finally got through (she and I did a trade), but others have yet to arrive. Wren, I'll let you know the minute your birthday package arrives, I promise. There must be a backlog at the border is all I can think of.
Wouldn't it be fun if they all showed up together?
I hope they show up soon. Our mail system is not the best :( There was a holiday last Monday too, which sometimes throws in a couple of extra days
ReplyDeleteI like your mixed media work very much .. so nice to visit your blog!.
ReplyDeleteJust stopping by. I love your little fabric birds. And thank you for the tip about the organic cinnamon.

It would be like an early Christmas! Wheee!
ReplyDeleteThat would be lovely! These days I'm always astonished when mail actually turns up. It always seems to take ages (as you well know). xo
ReplyDeleteLauren told me you got hers, and yours came for her very quickly...wheeew. I hope my package to you arrives this week...a few times your mail has taken 2 weeks. But it usually is 5-7 days. It seems US mail to Canada is taking forever though. ( I am so excited about this birthday surprise for you. Hurry up customs! woo hoo! ) xxxooo
ReplyDeleteFor Christmas gifts I will send to Canada maybe the week after our Thanksgiving ( Nov. 23 I think) they will arrive by Christmas. I need to send earlier.
ReplyDeleteDear Colette, I'm just so very glad you received your package and that you were pleased with everything. I know you will create beautiful artwork with the pieces! I hope you receive your other packages soon ~ thank you again for trading with me! xxoo, Dawn
