Good finds

So, I followed that tingly feeling and took myself off to the fleamarket. The tingly feeling was spot on. I found a few things that are going to help me create some ideas I have in my head. My prize find, though, was a bird in two shades of red velvet , worn and Victorian, that the young vendor let me have for less than the price she paid for it (she admitted that she had paid far too much for it, being a novice at the time, and had had trouble selling it for the same price herself). Still I gave her a fair price. She sells there every Sunday and is very interested in antique and vintage dolls and teddy bears, and lots of bits and pieces that I also like. I will be visiting her again.
