Feeling accomplished

Last night I finished a project for an upcoming meeting of the Extraordinary and Exceptional Society of Mixed-Up Media Artists, which had been weighing on me because I had no idea how to decorate the big wooden beads we were given. So...I went with what I know: paint & words.

The next "project" is getting my tax information all together and toted up for the accountant. Every year I tell myself I'll get it out of the way early, but every year I do it at the last minute. This year it's slightly better because I'm doing it at the penultimate minute. Luckily my accountant turns it around very quickly and it will be mailed to the Feds on April 30. As usual.

My ATC streak continues, and I've listed four more on eBay. I'm being interviewed by an art blog that interviews artists, and one of the questions I was given is about "inspiration." Honestly, I have no idea where it comes from and why, all of a sudden, I decide to make ATCs and where the images in my head come from! I'm going to have to think about that one. (I'll let you know when the interview runs.)

  2. I LOVE your beads. They look old and worn -- just the way they should. Mine are going to coordinate well with yours. I'll try to get a picture up soon.
