Getting ready for the Christmas Fair

Yesterday evening, I met up with some of the Holly Jolly ladies over coffee in Bloor West. It was hit and miss whether I would make it, but I made it my business to go and I'm so glad I did.

First, I met Sharon whom I had come across a long time ago in an artchix yahoo group, and you can only imagine the hoots of recognition as we told each other our names.

Carmi, our fearless leader, I had met a couple of times before (visit her blog, it's on my links list to see a sample of Martha's adorable pins)! And there was Aracely, the first quiller I have met -- quilling is still a mystery to me, so I'm looking forward to seeing her goodies.

I am so happy to have finally found some fellow artists right here where I live.

Subway token: $2.10
Coffee: $1.65
Live feedback on my stuff: priceless.
